The tones are not only too short, but there is also a problem with the hyphenation. You have divided many monosyllabic words, which are supposed to be on one note only. To avoid this you could read every word aloud and clap your hands to every syllable. If you only have to clap once, there is no syllable division necessary. With a correct hyphenation you will have an easier job setting the timings. Anyway I reworked this txt a little and also corrected the pitches that were off. Should work with the video below now.
