When you set some Notes to golden Notes is it not a reason for bad Notepitch.
The only thing you have to do, is to open the TXT with a texteditor or the Ultrastar editor. In a Texteditor you change the * to : then you have a normal Note back. In the Ultrastareditor, you navigate to the Notes (i think it"s yellow colored) and press the G to switch the Note to a normal Note.
