Both versions have the same length, so I think the GAP could also be taken from the comment below. It seems about right.
I suggest using the official audio uploaded by the band themselves because the fanmade video has incredibly many cuts and I think that they could make it harder to follow the lyrics (besides the extreme visual brutality)
