I've got good and bad news. The good news is, the song works perfectly. The bad news is, it's timed to a pitched up video. Or more accurately, it's been sped up just enough to raise the pitch by one semitone. I've confirmed it with the Spotify version and the video I've included.
If every note is lowered one semitone, and it's timed to the below video, then the new values are:

It could be tweaked more to be even more accurate, as well as have a different gap if you go for just the audio version or any other version that you might be able to find, but this is just a first observation.
