Regarding the ratings, the biggest problem is that a lot of people rate a song based on whether they like the song or not. Not whether good work has been put into adapting it for Ultrastar or not.
It"s great getting feedback on your work. But since it"s no longer possible to view your own profile it"s impossible to keep track on any feedback you"ve been given when you"ve created 100+ songs.
That was very gentle of you to say QuantenspringerXXX... its true users rarely give stars in here, not even a thank you... its really annoying I get that too. You never know if your txt is actually good or not. Hope that makes them consider rating more ?
Like aac already mentioned some time ago, rating provides a good motivation. It makes it also easier to distinguish txts which still need improvement from ones which are already good (I hope this one is )
