i opened both with a diff tool (kdiff3 / windows alternatives depending on what os i'm working on). the timestamps are messed up but both versions sound identical in the corresponding parts. i tried both in usdx. one uses freestyle notes + has no notes for that part configured.
as far as i can tell the timings of the album version and the video version are identical except for the gap. i don't see value in keeping both if the gap is the only difference.
In fact they are not "identical except for a few notes that are slighter shorter". They differ in sections with freestyle notes and quite a few lyrics are different (not sure if both are correct and they indeed have different lyrics or if one of them has wrong lyrics). Please also look at the diff (e.g. BeyondCompare) of the files to identify differences when looking at duplicates.
this and 6111 are identical except for a few notes that are slightly shorter in 6111 (better to sing) and the gap is different (although both fit equally on the video with the right gap)
i would delete this one and add the gap as a note to the other
